Harrington Studio was one of the primary photography studios operating out of Logansport, Indiana at the turn of the 19th century well into the 1950's or so. We can't be sure that they all are from Harrington, but the were collected as a group and the backdrop used in some of the portraits matches that of known Harrington Studio portraits from the same time period. This collection of glass negatives was salvaged by Ed Closson of Logansport and shared with his permission. They were filthy, covered in coal dust and stored in rotting boxes when Ed found them. I cleaned them up minimally, digitized them, made the images positive, and that's about it. Scratches, dust, etc., are quite prevalent.
